2.2 One Account Per Individual

Registering multiple accounts using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or bank details for the purpose of obtaining bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Registration Information

Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

3Account Security and Password

Members are fully responsible for the security of their login credentials (username and password). biji88 recommends the following steps to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols (minimum 8 characters).
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices or public Wi-Fi networks.
• Change your password regularly and immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity.

Biji88 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from a Member's negligence in safeguarding their account credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact biji88 customer support immediately.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Biji88 accepts deposits via a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and interbank transfers. All deposits are securely processed through certified payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption.

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as follows and subject to change without prior notice:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction
• Maximum daily deposit: RM 50,000 (depending on account level)

4.3 Ownership of Funds

5Fund Withdrawal

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must have completed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method (for anti-money laundering purposes).
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Biji88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000.

5.3 Delayed or Rejected Withdrawals

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

7Game Rules

8Prohibited Conduct

Members agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the biji88 platform:

• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing others to use your account.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting biji88 customer support. Before closure is processed, all valid fund balances (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirement) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by biji88

Biji88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.

• Account found to be owned by an individual under 18 years of age.
• Requests from legal authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.

10Liability Limit

To the extent permitted by applicable law, biji88 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Member's account due to the Member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages even if biji88 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Biji88's maximum liability to any Member under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that Member within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11Responsible Gaming

Biji88 takes our responsibility for player well-being seriously. We provide a range of tools and resources to help Members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.

• Self-Exclusion: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days as needed.

12Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
